Computer Centre At the 31@ Junot Centre we have a growing number of computers connected to the Internet.

The computers are supplied by a growing number of groups and individuals who believe as we do that having easy access to the Internet is important.

For young people, through the efforts of the Global Conscience Circle, and Nu Vision Ministry computer time has been donated for young people who are doing homework.

As well for high school students we also offer, through the many groups connected with the Global Conscience Circle, volunteer opportunities to complete their high school requirement for volunteer hours.

Early in 2010, we will also be offering computer classes, including an awareness class designed for parents with teenagers who are accessing the Internet. While the Internet offers amazing opportunities for learning, there are also places online where parents and their teenagers need to communicate on what is best.

For parents, your child under the age of 15 is welcome, but will require membership in our Computer Club. That means you will have the ability to work with us to set up the access your child can have to the Internet on our systems. Our computer centre is a safe environment for your kids, we block objectionable sites from use by our visitors.

Several of our computers came to the 31@ Junot Centre through the generous efforts of JCE'Waste. Click here to find out more about this innovative company!
